LBCC student Jimmie Hernandez, a graphic design major, died on Saturday, Feb. 23 at Long Beach Memorial Hospital due to complications from pneumonia and a heart attack according to a family member.

An evacuation drill was held at the PCC on Wednesday, March 12 to practice evacuations of buildings on campus in case of a real emergency.
